Instrumentation Calibration
P J Kortens has over twenty years experience with instrumentation. P J Kortens offers highly trained instrument and service technicians and maintains an inventory of NIST traceable test equipment to satisfy your calibration needs.
We provide complete calibration & maintenance programs customized to meet your facility's needs. With a complete process system understanding, our team has developed calibration procedures and schedules to minimize or eliminate system downtime.
Our developed databases and calibration reports are readily available to our customers and an added value to our services.
PLC Programming
All PLC configuration code developed for control systems are property of the customer. PJKortens maintains a copy of current configuration for support services capability. Passwords may be utilized to insure the integrity of system configuration for the warranty period. Any passwords applied will be submitted to customer to insure an openly serviceable system.
SCADA Integration
PJKortens is an authorized integrator for:

Our authorizations require continual maintenance of our configuration software and routine on-going training of our technical staff. This insures a quality up-to date control system with the latest software and support available.

Certified Backflow 
Testing
In 2003 several municipal and industrial customers have asked us to extend our services to include certifying back flow prevention devices and assemblies. We currently have two certified inspectors on staff to test and repair your backflow preventers.

Production Reporting
SCADA system data collection and reporting is an integral part of the process system. We work with our customers to best fit their system to their reporting needs. We understand that accurate and timely reports are essential to good process monitoring, quality control and regulatory compliance.
Preventative and Corrective Maintenance
Our service team has covered the industry twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week with on-call staff since 1987. We provide emergency and scheduled services to the industrial automation market in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Our ten field service personnel are available with prompt call back and same or next day service depending on the urgency of service.
