Instrument Calibration

We have over 25 years of experience in providing field instrumentation service and support. Our service technicians are highly trained and are equipped with high quality, NIST traceable, calibration instruments and standards.

What is Calibration?

Calibration is adjusting, or realigning, an instrument to accurately indicate the measured variable, as compared with a traceable standard.

We employ and maintain several NIST Traceable magnetic flow meter calibrators like:

* Siemens Sitrans FM Magnetic Flow Verificator

* Foxboro IMT SIM magnetic flow calibrator

* Endress and Hauser Magnet Flow meter calibrator

Why Calibrate?

If an instrument is not calibrated, there’s no guarantee that its readings are accurate—leaving results unreliable and arbitrary.

Reliable, high-quality production depends on maintaining confidence in the precision of your process instrumentation.

For water and wastewater utilities, regulatory agencies often mandate a comprehensive, documented calibration program to ensure compliance with regulations that protect community health and the environment.

Additionally, an increasing number of companies now require their suppliers to implement robust calibration programs, ensuring products meet strict quality standards.
